GT Power Dual Power Balance Charger Specifications:
Dimensions: 5.25 x 5.75 x 1.5 inches
Power Input: DC 10V to 18V with up to 5 amps required. An AC power cord is provided, as well as a connection cord with alligator clips is provided for connection to an auto battery. An optional car plug adapter cord is also available, sold separately.
Battery Type: Selectable between NiMh, NiCd, Pb (lead acid), Li-On, Li-Fe, and Li-Po.
Charging Current: The charge current is adjustable from 0.1 amp to 6.0 amps in 0.1 amps increments.
End of charge alarm: An alarm sounds when charging is complete.
Circuit protection: Protects the charger and battery even if the the battery connection is reversed.
General Charging Connection: Several adapter cords with male banana connectors that plug into the charger are provided. These include the following connection types: male T-Plug, JST with female housing, and universal female servo connector for connecting receiver battery packs. The general charging connection allows you to charge 1 to 15 cell NiMh/NiCd and lead acid batteries. You can also charge all 1 to 6 cell Lipo batteries by connecting to this charge lead, but you must also connect your Lipo battery to the appropriate Lipo Balance Connector Port if you wish to Balance Charge your Lipo.
Lipo Balance Connector Ports: There are five balance connector ports that allow you to balance charge 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 cell Lipo batteries. These ports are for the JST/XH balance connectors with 2.5mm pin spacing. This balance connector is used on the following Lipos: 3E Model, Align, BatteryHobby, Common Sense RC version 2, DualSky, Dynam, Electric Power, Esky, Fully Max, GE Power, Great Planes Electrify, Hextronic, HiModel, Hobby Loong, Horizon E-flite, Horizon Parkzone, Imax, Mega Power, Mystery, Power Up, Kypom, EZ Flite, Protek, RadicalRC, Turborix, Vampower, Venom, Walkera, X-Caliber and Zippy Lipos. The JST/XH connector is also used on Common Sense RC version 1, DN Power, and Tenergy Lipos, but the polarity is the reverse of the others listed above. You would need to reverse the polarity of the balance plug on these Lipos in order to balance charge them on the XCharger B6.
