Store Policies

Shipping:

• At this time, we ship RC Accessories (motors, batteries, servos, propellers, hardware) to all 50 United States, the US Territories and Canada. 
• We ship Airplane Kits (ARF and RTF) to the lower 48 continental United States.  We do not ship Airplane Kits to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
• Aside from Canadian orders for accessories, we do not ship internationally.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES

Retail Store:  Our walk-in retail store in Ocala is open Monday through Friday, 10 A.M. to 5 P.M., and Saturdays from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.  The store is closed on Sundays.  Many of our products are on display in our showroom, and all of our products* may be ordered at the counter for immediate pick-up.  (*limited to availability; we cannot place out-of-stock items on back-order).

Will-Call (pick up at store):  We currently offer our local customers (in and around Ocala, Florida) the option of picking up orders at our walk-in store during normal store hours*.  Orders for pickup must be placed and paid for online through headsuprc.com, but customers may select the option for "Will Pick Up at the Store" during checkout.  Pick up hours are currently Monday through Friday, 10 A.M to 5:00 P.M, and Saturdays from 10 A.M. to 2 P.M.

*The store is closed and will-call is not available on Holidays, including the following:  New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day.

Warranty/Returns: We strive for satisfied customers! All items may be returned in unused condition within 30 days for exchange or refund. If you believe a product to be defective when received, you may return it for inspection within 30 days, and it will be replaced or your money refunded if we determine that the item was indeed defective. Please contact us by email at headsuprc@yahoo.com before returning an item. Please note: It is very easy to damage Lipo Batteries, Brushless Motors, Electronic Speed Controls and Servos by improper use. We will consider replacing these items if you feel certain the item was defective when you received it, but we will require answers to questions about how the product was used. We reserve the right to refuse to replace the item if we feel it may have been used improperly. We want to be fair with you, and we ask you to be fair with us.

Lithium Polymer Battery Safety: Please read and observe all safety precautions provided with your Lithium Polymer (Lipo) battery before using or charging. Lipo batteries must only be charged with a battery charger designed for them. Lipo batteries hold a large amount of energy and must be respected. Discharging or charging at an improper rate will cause excessive heat which can damage the battery, or even cause a fire! As Heads Up RC has no control over the use of these batteries,  we assume no responsibility for the use of Lithium Polymer batteries by our customers. Your use of this product means that you accept full responsibility for any consequences.

Privacy: Heads Up RC respects the privacy of it’s customers. We keep your personal and financial information confidential, and we do not sell your name, address, or other information to anyone!
